Procedures for entering Startup Terrace Linkou :

1. All tenants are required to fill in the "Settlement Application Form"

2. Determine whether it needs to pass the review meeting will depends on the nature of the enterprise

3. Enterprises that qualify as "Vital Startups" in digital technology industries such as AI and AIOT and "Service Enterprises" serving the above industries need to pass the review meeting in order to get discount price plan.

4. Apply for the general price plan and enter without passing the review meeting.

(1) Vital Startups: start-ups in digital technology-related industries such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, or start-ups with the prior written consent of the Chinese Enterprise Office. The above-mentioned start-up enterprise has completed company registration or business registration in accordance with the Company Law or Business Registration Law of China and has been established for less than 8 years; or registered with foreign legal organizations and established for less than 8 years. However, if the aforesaid establishment period is determined by the agency, unit or professional consultant appointed or entrusted by the executive organ to be relaxed, it shall be determined by the above-mentioned period.

(2) Service Enterprises:

1. General new venture: a domestic business that has completed company registration or business registration in accordance with China's Company Law or Business Registration Law and has been established for less than 8 years; or registered with foreign legal organizations and established for less than 8 years. However, if the aforesaid establishment period is determined by the agency, unit or professional consultant appointed or entrusted by the executive organ to be relaxed, it shall be determined by the above-mentioned period. In addition, enterprises that have been approved by the relevant start-up subsidy of the China Enterprise Department or selected by the entrepreneurship (Italian) competition can enter without review.

2. International accelerator: a legal person or institution established in Taiwan to assist the rapid growth of start-up operating companies, investing resources including workspace, capital, teachers, coaching and training, etc.

3. Entrepreneurial talent training business: a legal person or institution that cultivates innovative and entrepreneurial talents.

4. Auxiliary business or professional services of life services: business that provides various support or professional services required for the development of start-ups, such as specialty catering, smart business travel, unmanned shops, financial institutions, logistics services, telecommunications services, health care, legal or accounting consulting services, etc.

5. Other undertakings approved by the Review Committee: groups that do not fall into the above categories, but still need to encourage the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in accordance with policies or other relevant needs.

ABA base adopts a registration-and-review approach to expedite the administrative procedures for enterprises to settle in.

When the number of reviewers reaches more than three, the management team will arrange a review meeting and invite the committee to conduct a review, and if the new start-up meets the entry criteria, within one week after the review, the resident enterprise can know whether it has passed the review, and the new start-up can start to sign the settlement contact with ABA base.

If applying for an independent office, the application must be a wholly-owned, partnership, company or legal person legally established at home or abroad. "Certificate of Incorporation Registration" is required for application for settlement; If you have not yet established a company, please provide the "Company Name and Business Registration Pre-check Verification Form"first, and provide "Certificate of Incorporation Registration" after the successful application for settlement.

Office space - independent office (8~46 ping), shared office

Conference space - large, medium and small conference rooms, exhibition center

Professional space - studio, recording studio, smart classroom

Accommodation space - staff dormitories, entrepreneur sharing apartments, single noble suites

Leisure space - communication space, entertainment room

Other services - Wi-Fi, mail and parcel collection, photocopying and scanning fax machine.

After confirming the applicant's qualifications and documents, the Project Office will conduct a preliminary evaluation based on the number of persons residing for suppliers, reasonable use of space, legality (including but not limited to land use zoning regulations) and safety. The residency space in Startup Terrace can be divided into "Co-working space" and "Independent office"(the pings range from 8 to 46). It is suggested that 2-4 people are under 15 pings, 5-7 people are recommended for 20-29 pings, 8-12 people are recommended for 30-39 pings, and 13-15 people are recommended for 40-46 pings. You can choose the space you want to apply for according to the actual needs of the company.

Yes, currently there is a management system which is operating and controling the access of First Floor gate, elevators, independence office door locks...etc., please be sure to carry the access control card to enter and exit the ABA base. The first entry of the start-up team is based on the principle of 3 years, and the resident enterprise can apply for extension due to development needs, and after passing the review, the "Vital Startup" can be extended for up to 1 year and the extension is limited to 1 time, and the "service enterprise" can be extended for up to 3 years.
