According to the residency application guidelines, applications cannot be made under an individual's name but can be submitted under the name of a team in preparation. Applicants must include a copy of the 'Pre-registration Name Application Form' and must complete the company registration within six months of receiving approval for residency. 

Yes, it is possible. The residency application guidelines do not require the company to be registered in Kaohsiung. However, it is encouraged for companies to register in Kaohsiung. The company must still send representatives to physically reside at Startup Terrace Kaohsiung.

Approved applicants must sign the 'Startup Terrace Kaohsiung Residency Agreement,' pay a deposit (equivalent to two months' rent), and complete the handover and residency procedures within 30 days of the announcement on the website. Failure to do so will be considered as forfeiting the residency qualification. The detailed timeline will be based on the website announcements.
